In the month of April, an important Cooperation Agreement was signed between the German Company Hugo Petersen GmbH, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company of Chemical Plants, with a high specialization in Sulphuric Acid Plants and Coprim Ingeniería S.A., a Chilean Engineering, Technology and Service Company specialized in Smelters and Refineries and with a wide experience in the national and international markets. This agreement is aimed to address joint modernization projects of existing acid plants, the installation of new acid plant under the EPC/EPCM modality as well as the technical assistance and the operation and maintenance services of these productive units.
